Workplace wellbeing support
Local, credible and practical support for healthier workplaces
Staff wellbeing is no longer a “nice to have”. For many organisations, stress, anxiety, burnout, absence, workplace pressure and difficult personal circumstances are affecting people, teams and performance every day.
Enestee provides workplace wellbeing support for organisations that want something more meaningful than generic wellbeing content or a distant, faceless support service.
Based in Flintshire, we offer practical, ethical and locally connected support for employers across North East Wales. Our work can include workplace wellbeing consultancy, staff support pathways, training, psychoeducation, practical resources and access to counselling through Enestee’s wider professional network.

Why workplace wellbeing matters
When people are struggling, it rarely stays separate from work.
Stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, caring responsibilities, neurodiversity, financial pressure and burnout can all affect concentration, attendance, confidence, communication and performance.
For employers, the challenge is often knowing how to respond well.
You may want to support your staff but feel unsure what is appropriate, what is affordable, what is ethical, or what will genuinely help.
Enestee helps organisations take a more thoughtful approach to workplace wellbeing: practical enough for real workplaces, professional enough to be trusted, and human enough to feel meaningful.

A local alternative to generic wellbeing provision
Many wellbeing services are remote, impersonal or difficult for employees to relate to.
Enestee is different.
We are local, values-led and grounded in real counselling and workplace experience. Our aim is to help organisations offer support that feels credible to employees, not just something that looks good in a policy document.
Where counselling support is appropriate, Enestee can provide a clearer local pathway through our Discovery process and trusted team of experienced, professionally trained local counsellors.
This gives employees a more human route into support and gives organisations confidence that wellbeing provision is being handled thoughtfully.

Counselling pathways for employees
For organisations that want to offer counselling support to staff, Enestee can help create a local, professional route into counselling.
Rather than leaving employees to search alone, Enestee’s Discovery process helps understand what support may be suitable and whether counselling through Enestee may be appropriate.
Where suitable, employees can be recommended to an experienced, professionally trained local counsellor from Enestee’s trusted sessional counselling team.
This is not a trainee-led or high-volume counselling model. Our focus is thoughtful matching, ethical support and local face-to-face counselling wherever appropriate.
Wellbeing consultancy and staff support
Some workplace wellbeing needs do not start with counselling.
Sometimes an organisation needs help understanding what is happening, where the pressure points are, and what kind of support may be useful.
Enestee can help employers think through:
-
stress and burnout concerns
-
staff absence and presenteeism
-
emotional wellbeing pressures
-
manager confidence around difficult conversations
-
wellbeing gaps in small and medium-sized organisations
-
staff support after difficult events
-
signposting and escalation routes
-
ethical boundaries between employer support and therapy
The aim is to help organisations respond thoughtfully, without overstepping the employer role.
