Hi, I'm Nigel Skinner a registered, qualified and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and psychologist.

 

I founded my practice 'Enestee Mental Wellbeing Consultancy' with the aim of being able to provide science and research based solutions for mental wellness.

 

I provide counselling and tailored solutions designed to enhance mental well-being for individuals, and provide wellbeing consultancy and guidance to businesses.
