Mental wellbeing support that feels safe, professional and human.

Enestee is a mental wellbeing consultancy built around accessible, credible and human support.

I founded Enestee because I believe that seeking support should feel less intimidating, less clinical and less complicated. Whether someone is looking for counselling, emotional wellbeing support, or a clearer way to understand what they are experiencing, Enestee exists to make that first step feel easier.

Our work is grounded in professional standards, ethical practice and real human connection. We do not believe people need to be labelled, judged or “at breaking point” before they deserve support. We believe good mental wellbeing care should feel safe, respectful and approachable.

At Enestee, we support people with a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including stress, anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, low mood, relationship difficulties, workplace pressure and life transitions. Our aim is to help people feel heard, understood and better able to make sense of their experiences.

Enestee is more than a counselling service.

We are developing a values-led practice that also cares about the people delivering support. We believe counsellors and practitioners do their best work when they are respected, supported and connected to a clear professional ethos. That is why Enestee is committed to creating a thoughtful and ethical environment for both clients and Sessional counsellors.

Our approach is warm, professional and grounded. We combine therapeutic understanding with practical insight, helping individuals, practitioners and organisations think more clearly about mental wellbeing and emotional health.

Enestee is for people who want support that feels human, credible and accessible.

  • It is for clients who want to be met with care and understanding.

  • It is for counsellors who want to be part of a practice built on integrity.

  • And it is for organisations that want to take mental wellbeing seriously, beyond tick-box wellbeing initiatives.

At the heart of Enestee is a simple belief:

Mental wellbeing support should be professionally held, but deeply human.

Nigel Skinner, Founder of Enestee

Specialist Counselling for Anxiety, Stress, Trauma & Relationship Difficulties

Enestee supports individual clients through counselling and focused mental wellbeing work, helping people understand what is affecting them and find practical ways to move forward.

This may include support with stress, anxiety, trauma, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, workplace pressure, life transitions, and patterns of thinking or behaviour that feel hard to change.

The work is collaborative, respectful and paced around the individual. Enestee offers a safe, confidential space to talk, reflect and make sense of experiences, while also helping clients develop tools, insight and strategies they can use in everyday life.
