Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Menopause & Relationships – Men’s Workshop Booking All places must be booked and paid for in advance. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. Places are limited to ensure a safe, supportive group environment. Cancellations by You More than 14 days before the workshop: A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable booking or payment processing fees. 7–14 days before the workshop: A 50% refund will be issued or you may transfer your place to a future workshop (subject to availability). Less than 7 days before the workshop: Unfortunately, refunds are not available. This is because places are limited and difficult to refill at short notice. Non-attendance on the day: Non-attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Transfers You may transfer your place to another scheduled workshop once, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered: A full refund or The option to transfer to an alternative date We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation). Suitability & Emotional Safety This workshop is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for individual therapy. Participants are responsible for deciding whether the workshop feels appropriate for them at this time. If you are unsure about suitability, you are welcome to contact us before booking. Confidentiality Participants are asked to respect the confidentiality of others and not share personal information discussed during the workshop outside the group.
