Enestee Hypnotherapy - Substance Abuse Series, Part1

An initial hypnotherapy session – guided by Nigel Skinner. The session is 20 mins in duration.

You should find a space where you can completely relax with no fear of disturbance.

You can be seated or lying. You will be closing your eyes and will remain fully in control. The process will take you into a deep mind state. Listen to the voice and the instructions.

You are free to scratch itches, etc. If your mind starts to wander away from the voice, gently pull yourself back.

Deeper and personalised sessions are available, either in person or pre recorded. The cost for those is £150 and includes 2 meetings ( 1 consultation & 1 hypnotherapy session) plus a personalalised recording to use at home.
