When people first reach out for support, one of the most common questions is “How many sessions will I need?” It’s a completely understandable concern — you may be thinking about time, emotional energy, or budget. At Enestee Counselling+, I work in a way that is flexible, transparent and always centred around your individual needs.
Typical Duration of Therapy
While every person’s journey is unique, many clients find that 6–12 weekly sessions give enough space to build trust, explore what’s been happening, and begin making meaningful changes. Others choose to work over a longer period, especially when dealing with deeper stress, anxiety, trauma, or long-standing patterns.
Whether you’re based in Greenfield, Holywell, Flint, Mold, Denbigh or anywhere across North East Wales, or via phone or video across the UK, I can discuss what feels right for you from the outset.
Everyone Moves at Their Own Pace
There is no expectation to “fit” a set timeline. Some people make rapid progress once they feel understood; others prefer to move more slowly and reflectively. Both are entirely valid.
My role is to adapt the structure of therapy to suit your pace, your goals and your budget.
