In all instances, we begin by reviewing key areas such as your organisation’s health, safety, and mental well-being policies and the physical work environment. We evaluate management practices, workload distribution, and work-life balance to identify potential burnout risks. Additionally, we examine employee access to health benefits, wellness programs, and mental health resources. In our Advanced and Full Scales packages, we conduct interviews and/or surveys and gather direct feedback to uncover any concerns. We can also compare the company’s practices to industry benchmarks and best practices to highlight areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance overall employee wellbeing.
